Here's a breathwork practice for quick energy and also for taking care of your lymphatic system.
This practice is really good anytime you need calm, sustainable energy.
You're going to be breathing in quickly through your nose.
In, out, and when you do that, you're going to feel your stomach pumping.
Make your hand into these lion claws.
And now bring your arms out to the sides with your palms facing up.
Begin that in-out breath through your nose as you criss-cross your arms over your head, alternating the crossing each time.
To end, bring your arms to a "V", inhale, hold the breath.
Squeeze the navel in towards the spine and now exhale.
You can close with some silent meditation or some chanting.
Start with a minute of this and then work your way up to nine minutes.
