Mantra Meditation for Creativity & Prosperity

Hey, it's Luz and I've got a great mantra meditation for you to increase creativity, abundance and prosperity and remove obstacles.


It's also known as the Green Energy Mantra.


Green, of course, is the color of the world in bloom, vibrant, flourishing Earth.


It's also the color of money in some countries.


And in the chakra system, it's the color of heart energy.


So as we do this meditation, we can imagine that green energy, heart energy is the source of our creativity, and abundance and prosperity.


And it's also the source of prosperity and creativity and abundance in the world around us, and maybe even the greater Universe at large.


We're going to be working with a mantra, "Hari Har."


"Hari Har" is the mantra that reflects the continuous cycle of creation and destruction that goes on within us and the world, and also the Universe around us.


So you'll bring your elbows into your sides, hands facing forward.


And by the way, you're going to be hearing a track that I recorded just for this meditation, using this mantra "Hari Har," which will be coming out on my record, 'The Sound of Light,' which will be coming out early 2024.


So bring those elbows into your ribs, palms facing forward, close your eyes.


Focus at that third eye point between the eyebrows, third eye being the seat of our intuition and creativity.


And imagine you're surrounded by green energy - could be a green rain, could be a green filter on everything.


You could imagine that your hands are the receivers and transmitters of green energy and begin to chant that mantra.


"Hari, hari, hari har."


Deep breath in.


"Hari, Hari, Hari, Har."


"Hari, Hari, Hari, Har."


"Hari, Hari, Hari, Har."


"Hari, Hari, Hari, Har."


"Hari, Hari, Hari, Har."


And now to end, breathe in, hold the breath and imagine yourself surrounded by that green energy.


Hold the breath in for as long as you can.


And as you exhale, release green energy into the world.


Relax the hands down to your knees.


You can do this meditation for three minutes to start.


And as you become more comfortable with it, you can gradually increase the time to 11 minutes.
