Hey, it's Luz and I'm here to share one of my favorite practices with you today which is connecting and tuning to sounds around you.
Today I'm by a beautiful brook. You can also use the sound of wind and you can also use more industrial, human made sounds like cars, traffic, jackhammers.
There's no limit to the kind of tuning you can do.
So the first thing I invite you to do is just connect with the sound and your environment.
Connect with nature, with your nature.
And then as you become more grounded and connected with the space and the sound around you, begin to call for your sympathetic response in sound.
