The Voice That Heals: My 2-Hour Cry with a 1,000-Year-Old Mantra

I didn’t expect to cry.
I certainly didn’t expect to cry for two hours.
But that’s what happened when I began chanting the mantra:
Har Haray Hari Wahe Guru
What began as a simple chant became a profound release—a doorway into a well of stored emotion I didn’t know I was still holding. Grief, clarity, stillness, and finally… a deep peace. The mantra carried me through it all.
Sound heals. Voice transforms. This is not metaphor—it’s medicine.
We often think of the voice as just a tool for communication. But it’s so much more than that. The human voice is a tuning fork, a portal, a sacred instrument that can literally shift energy, emotion, and state of being.
I created the Transformational Voice Academy to help others access this power. To help singers, speakers, healers, creators, and those who’ve struggled to feel heard—find their voice and use it as a tool for healing, creativity, and evolution.
In this week's share, I talk about:
Why this particular mantra moved me so deeply
The connection between voice and the nervous system
How crying, chanting, and coherence are all signs of inner alignment
Why reclaiming your voice is one of the most radical acts of self-healing
This isn’t just about singing.
It’s about what happens when you stop silencing yourself.
It’s about reclaiming your birthright to express, resonate, and be heard.
