One Minute Mantra Meditation for Well-Being

Here’s a one minute vocal meditation for well-being for your entire body!
You've probably heard the sound of OM before but did you know the pronunciation is actually A-OH-UM? AUM!
The sound AH is associated with the belly, OH is associated with the heart and MM is associated with the third eye.
So when we’re meditating on the sound of AUM, we're sending energy to those three parts of the body.
Give it a try - sit up straight or lie down, eyes can be opened or closed and begin to make the sound of AUM.
You can do this anytime you need a little bit of extra well-being and peace in your life.
