This program is for individuals who want to live their lives with intention, creativity, and purpose. Over the course of a year, we will teach you to develop personalized rituals and practices that align with your unique goals and aspirations. Luz will work with you one-on-one to understand your current challenges, goals, and desires. We will help you identify areas for growth and transformation, and provide you with the tools and support you need to achieve your goals. Throughout the program, you will learn to use your creativity and imagination to shape your life into a work of art. You will explore different forms of self-expression, including writing, movement, meditation, and more. We will guide you through the process of creating a personal practice that is tailored to your needs and preferences. In addition to one-on-one coaching sessions with Luz, you will also have access to a range of resources, including guest coaching sessions with subject matter experts, recorded modules, group calls and workshops. These resources will help you deepen your practice and connect with a community of like-minded individuals who share your passion for creativity and self-expression. By the end of this yearlong program, you will have a deeper understanding of yourself, your creative potential, and the themes and metaphors of the rich and compelling story that is your life. You will have developed personal practices that supports your goals and aspirations, and you will have the tools and support you need to continue your journey of self-discovery and artistic expression.
