Welcome to ELEMENTAL! These recorded modules will help you free your voice and deepen your connection to the divine through singing, vocal meditation, and breathwork. This class is designed to help you tap into the power of your voice and explore its connection to your spiritual journey. Whether you're an experienced singer or someone who has always wanted to explore the potential of your voice, this class is for you. You will learn techniques to release any blocks or tensions in your body that may be inhibiting your ability to sing or speak with clarity and confidence. Our classes will focus on a range of topics, including breathwork, vocal exercises, mindfulness practices, and meditation. The modules will allow you to deepen your practice at your own pace and revisit any lessons or techniques that you want to focus on. Throughout the course of the program, you will also have the opportunity to explore different genres of music and experiment with improvisation and creative expression. By the end of this program, you will have developed a stronger connection to your inner voice and a greater sense of freedom and creativity in your self-expression.
