I will guide you through a unique and mesmerizing experience using a combination of chimes, rattles, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments that mimic the gentle flow and power of water. Please bring: a shawl or blanket to keep warm during the session, water to stay hydrated, a small pillow, and a small object to bless on our altar. Blindfolds are also highly recommended!
